Raul is responsible for advancing Fengate’s venture capital strategy, with a focus on identifying funds, direct and co-investment opportunities. Raul manages activities across investment sourcing and evaluation, portfolio monitoring, market and business development, and operational oversight as the private equity practice continues to expand.
Since joining Fengate in 2022, Raul helped establish the firm’s fund of funds and venture capital strategy.
Prior to Fengate, Raul was with the funds investments group at BDC Capital in Montreal, and previously worked in the actuarial group at Optimum Vie in Paris, specializing in life insurance and reinsurance.
