Jonathon Wolkin

Jon Wolkin is Managing Director at Deloitte Ventures, co-leading the firm’s inaugural $150M venture fund. He directs capital allocation across direct investments and LP fund commitments. Jon has deep experience as a Limited Partner and co-investor with venture capital funds from the pre-seed to growth stage and brings over 18 years of investment banking, private equity, and venture capital experience as an investor, advisor, and board member in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Deloitte Ventures, Jon spent over 5 years scaling a ventures platform into a global Corporate Venture Capital player, overseeing the investment of $0.5B into companies in the health, consumer, IoT, and B2B SaaS sectors and acting as a board member, observer, and advisor.
Jon was previously an investor at Teacher’s Private Capital, the private equity group of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, and worked as an investment banker at Scotiabank. He has an HBA degree (with distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
