Udit is a seasoned venture investor with over 15 years of experience in technology and venture building. He is currently a Vice President at McRock Capital, a pioneering venture capital firm headquartered in Toronto and managing close to $200 million in assets. Focusing on investments in digital industrial startups, Udit has been instrumental in leading McRock’s investment endeavors across North America and Europe since 2018. His strategic acumen and a keen eye for promising ventures have been instrumental in leading financings for over a dozen growth-stage companies, including industry leaders like Miovision, Clearpath Robotics, Landing AI, and Skyspecs.

His commitment to nurturing innovative enterprises extends beyond investment decisions. He currently holds positions on the board for prominent companies such as Triax Technologies, Invixium, Landing AI, and Worldsensing. Through these roles, Udit not only provides strategic guidance but also actively contributes to shaping the trajectory of these organizations in the rapidly evolving digital industrial landscape.

Udit is an Industrial Engineer by training and holds an MBA from IE Business School, Spain, rounding out his expertise with a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen.
