Blair is an Associate Principal with BDC Capital’s Thrive Venture Fund for Women.

Prior to joining BDC, Blair held operational roles at two venture-backed startups. Most recently he led Sales Ops at Elemy, a tech-enabled platform for pediatric behavioral care. Blair began his career at MedAvail, a retail pharmacy technology company, working directly with the senior leadership team on fundraising, business development and strategy.
