Managing Director, Head of Growth Equity | CPP Investments
Max is Managing Director and Head of Growth Equity at CPP Investments, with responsibility for the organization’s venture capital and growth equity exposure. He founded the program in 2019 and has since built it into a portfolio of leading global, top-tier managers and portfolio companies within the firm’s ~$140B Private Equity platform. Max joined the organization in 2014 and is based in Toronto.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Max was a consultant at A.T. Kearney and an Analyst at Birch Hill Equity Partners, a Canadian mid-market private equity firm.
Max holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
