Dr. Karina Gasbarrino is a cardiovascular scientist turned entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of Sonaro. She earned her PhD in Experimental Medicine and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at McGill University, where she received multiple research distinctions before transitioning into health technology entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience in vascular biology and medical imaging, Karina leads the development of clinically validated AI-driven imaging solutions for preventive cardiovascular care. She also serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at District 3 Innovation Hub in Montreal, Canada.
