Colleen Sutton has been with the Department of Global Affairs Canada since 2009 as a foreign service officer and trade commissioner. She has been posted to both Rio de Janeiro and Hong Kong, and has worked in trade development training, stationed in Ottawa. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Queen’s University, Kingston.
