Prathna is an early-stage investor and operator in Vertical B2B SaaS companies. She is a founding VP and sits on the Investment Committee at FutureSight, an A.I Company Creation Fund (Bay Area and Toronto) that backs serial entrepreneurs as an institutional cofounder with capital. One of the early pioneers of the studio model in Canada, FutureSight is backed by some of North America’s most successfully exited entrepreneurs. She is the former Managing Director of Maple Leaf Angels in Toronto, one of Canada’s most active angel networks. During her tenure, she was the GP (General Partner) for the MLA48 pre-seed funds and as well as served as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Exempt Market Dealer.
