Ozan Isinak

Ozan is an active early-stage investor and serial entrepreneur in angel investment, venture capital, and private sectors. He has equity positions in dozens of early-stage companies and acts as limited partner (LP) and general partner (GP) on various Venture Funds.

Ozan has helped over 3,500+ early-stage companies develop financing structures and expansion strategies in ecosystems such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Toronto, Hamburg, Stockholm, London, and Istanbul.

He is the President of Keiretsu Forum Canada, the world’s largest angel investment network operating on four continents with annual investments of over $110 million into 300 early-stage companies. Ozan also holds a Partner position in Trendwell Ventures Inc., a Toronto-based boutique M&A advisory practice.

Ozan received his MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and holds a double major in Economics & Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
