Mahendra Naik is a graduate of Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto and a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience with entrepreneurs and large organizations. Strategic thinker and strong execution capability in scaling and growing businesses.

Mahendra is currently President of FirstAngel Capital Corp, an investment and advisory company working with entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses in raising both private and public capital. With over 45 years of experience as a CEO, CFO, and Corporate Director, Mahendra has been involved in raising over $500 million of capital for both public and private companies as well as numerous acquisitions and divestitures of businesses. In addition, Mr. Naik has overseen and managed assets of more than $200 million for several Family offices.

Mr. Naik is also the Chairman of TiE Toronto, part of TiE Global, one of the largest entrepreneurial organizations in the world. Through TiEQuest business competition.
