In my current role as Chief of Staff of Deloitte Ventures, I lead various streams including our value creation strategy for our fund, which is our platform that operationalizes Deloitte’s network and capabilities to identify and drive key value streams for our portfolio companies and funds. I also support the investment team with identifying, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on new opportunities, and lead our fund’s operational portfolio. Prior to venture, I started my career in Corporate Development where I focused on strategic mergers & acquisitions. In my last post, I led the execution of several transactions which included deal sourcing, technical diligence and valuation analysis, business case development, and post-merger integration. I have a Bachelor of Honors from Queens University in Economics and completed previous internships at Microsoft Canada and HomeTrust Capital.
