Randall is a founding General Partner at Adrenaline Fund which is part of Archangel Network of Funds. He is a pioneer in Canada’s tech ecosystem, having founded one of Canada’s earliest, publicly listed software companies, MKS. Over his career, he has built and invested in companies worth well over $1 billion.

With over 20 years investing in global ventures, he recognizes that the key to building Canadian tech leadership is early stage capital. Randall has been a leader in growing that capacity through VERDEXUS, GTAN, Cognition Fund, Adrenaline Fund and is a member of NACO, our national angel capital organization. Since 2021, Adrenaline and Cognition have invested in about 50 of Canada’s emerging global tech leaders. Through his, his focus has expanded beyond enterprise SaaS to embrace ClimateTech, Medical Technologies and threshold deep tech.
