Natalie is an early-stage investor at Diagram Ventures based in Montreal. Before joining Diagram, Natalie worked across multiple areas of finance, including venture capital (Growth Equity and Pre-Seed at Inovia Captial), investment banking (HSBC UK), fixed income trading (HSBC Canada), and fintech product development (TreasurySpring). Her experience gives her a unique perspective on scaling financial products, navigating institutional partnerships, and understanding the infrastructure challenges founders face when building in fintech. She holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an MFin from Cambridge Judge Business School.
