In addition to his role at Motive, Gleeson acted as a venture scout for Index Ventures, making strategic investments in early-stage companies. He is also the co-founder of the San Francisco Customer Success Meetup, the world’s largest community for Customer Success professionals, reflecting his commitment to fostering industry collaboration and knowledge sharing.
