Harshal invests in early-stage B2B startups across enterprise tech and AI, from pre-seed to Series A. A former founder himself, his data analytics and ML company, Florage, was acquired by IBM Watson Lab at MIT. Drawing on his entrepreneurial experience and data-driven approach, he brings a unique perspective to startup funding and growth.

At Plug and Play, Harshal continues to back high-potential B2B ventures. Before joining, he played a key role at Specter Labs (now Cmd + N) in London, where he helped raise an early-stage fund and invested in breakout companies like Zepto and Nothing.tech.
