Faizal Javer is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with deep experience in company building, venture capital, and alternative assets. He is a Principal of Javer Group, a private family office, and co-founder of Greyhill, an alternatives asset platform. Greyhill manages proprietary funds spanning an apartment REIT, two sector-focused venture funds (deeptech/AI and oral care/dental), and facilitates access to select secondary investment opportunities in leading private companies. Through strategic joint ventures, Greyhill is also active in government procurement as well as energy and infrastructure project origination and execution.

Faizal co-founded CognoVision, recognized as CIX Innovator of the Year—one of the most prestigious distinctions in Canadian technology innovation.

He serves on the Global Advisory Council for Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs and is a graduate of Harvard Business School. Faizal is also an active contributor to the innovation ecosystem through board service and mentorship with leading venture and entrepreneurial programs.
