Bryan Watson is a veteran Canadian innovation and investment-ecosystem leader with 20+ years at the nexus of founders, investors, adopters, and government. He led the National Angel Capital Organization, helped take a gaming tech company public, was Partner at an SR&ED firm, and has guided companies from seed to global scale. In finance, he advises a global hedge fund on Canadian deployments. In cleantech, he supports firms through CleanTech North and advances policy as a founding director of OCTIA. He also authors SR&ED from the Shed and StackAdept, which provides practical insights for managing the capital stack. A multi-time Clean50 honouree, Bryan serves on boards and funding review panels shaping programs that accelerate Canada’s innovation-driven, clean economy.
