Ana Misra is a seasoned investor and accomplished executive recognized for creating value across both entrepreneurial ventures and corporate environments. Known for her strategic insight, results-driven leadership, and ability to build strong relationships, she has served as a CFO, senior executive, and board member, with expertise spanning management, finance, strategy, and governance.

Ana is Co-Chair of Angel One Network and Founder of York Angel Investors Inc. She is also a founding member and advisory board member of the HardTech Investor Network (HIN) at ventureLAB, and a key advisor to the Capital Investment Program, where she mentors entrepreneurs on investor readiness, due diligence, and financial strategy.
