Nicole LeBlanc is a Partner at Woven Capital, Toyota’s growth-stage venture fund, where she leads investments across mobility, industrial automation, and sustainability. With more than 18 years of experience in venture capital and strategic innovation, she works closely with founders and portfolio companies to accelerate growth and build synergies within Toyota’s global ecosystem.

Prior to joining Woven Capital, Nicole was a Partner at 2150, a European venture fund focused on urban technology and sustainability. She previously served as Director of Investments at Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs, where she led investments in cutting-edge solutions shaping the future of cities. Earlier in her career, Nicole managed a portfolio of over 150 early-stage startups at BDC Capital and NBIF, supporting entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses from seed to growth.

Nicole began her career as a CPA and remains active in the startup and investment community through board roles with Canadian tech accelerators and venture funds.
