Mohan Markandaier is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Good News Ventures (GNV), a Toronto-based venture capital firm investing at the pre-seed and seed stages in AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies. Since 2017, GNV has invested in 55+ companies globally, supporting founders with strategy, scaling, and access to networks. A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, Mohan has over 30 years of leadership experience and has co-founded and scaled multiple technology companies. He serves on the boards of the CVCA and the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, and actively mentors founders across the startup ecosystem.
