Ana Misra is an experienced Angel Investor and Senior Executive committed to creating positive, long-term impact across the innovation and investment ecosystem. She brings a rigorous investment lens grounded in finance, governance, and strategy, and is recognized for helping founders translate innovation into investable, scalable businesses. Ana is widely recognized for helping entrepreneurs transform innovative ideas into investable, scalable, and sustainable businesses. Her background includes senior leadership, CFO roles, and board service across both entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
Ana serves as Co-Chair of Angel One Network and is the Founder of York Angel Investors Inc., where she actively fosters deal flow, syndication, and meaningful investor engagement. She is a founding and advisory board member of the HardTech Investor Network (HIN) at ventureLAB and a key advisor to the IRS Program, mentoring founders on investor readiness, capital raising, data room preparation, due diligence, and financial discipline. Ana is also a founding board member of GAIN and has previously served as Treasurer of Brampton Angels and Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO), contributing to strong governance and ecosystem development.
