Aashna is a late-stage investor at Vistara Growth. She joined Vistara from the Wharton School, where she led the Penn Wharton Innovation Fund and worked on the venture capital and growth equity team at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Previously, she spent four years on the investment team at Generation Ventures, where she sourced and executed early and growth-stage investments and fund investments with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Outside of work, she ran Founders Boost Toronto, a 100% free accelerator for early-stage founders. She also continues to serve as a Mentor for Front Row Ventures and on the Investor Advisory Council for the Schulich School of Business. Aashna holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
