Molly Willats

Head of Community and Partnerships | Fintechs Canada

Molly has spent the last six years in the fintech and financial services ecosystem specializing in community building, strategic partnerships, and founder support. In 2019 she co-founded Canada’s first impact-focused fintech incubator, the Innovate Financial Health Lab, which has directly supported 36 early-stage founders and startups working across diverse verticals like payments, lending, wealth management, insurance, and property tech. In 2025, Molly joined the team at Fintechs Canada as the Head of Community and Partnerships. Molly is also a member of the FCAC’s Research Committee on Financial Literacy and a 2024 Peak Emerging Leader in Finance as a result of her industry-leading work bridging the gap between community organizations, financial institutions, and fintech startups.
