Mark Fitzgerald

Mark Fitzgerald is President and CEO at Eavor, leading the company on its mission to enable local clean energy autonomy, everywhere. He brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in the energy sector, most recently serving as President and CEO of PETRONAS Canada. Prior to that Mark was Vice President, International Assets for PETRONAS, leading their global upstream portfolio.

Mark’s career includes senior roles at Penn West Energy, Acclaim Energy Inc., Canetic Energy Trust, Dominion Exploration Canada Ltd., and Chevron Canada Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Executive Management from Royal Roads University.

Mark is also active in the community. He serves on the boards of STARS Air Ambulance, the Alberta Cancer Foundation, and the Calgary Counselling Centre, and is a founding board member of Classroom Champions.
