Tuyen Vo is a passionate leader dedicated to building strong, diverse, and engaged teams throughout her 20+ year career in corporate banking. Since 2019, she has led National Bank of Canada’s Technology and Innovation Banking group, driving exceptional growth and expanding its reach nationwide. Her mission: to empower high-growth tech companies and their VC and PE partners with innovative, non-dilutive financing solutions, including M&A support.
In 2023, Tuyen played a pivotal role in acquiring Silicon Valley Bank’s Canadian commercial loan portfolio, reinforcing National Bank’s leadership in supporting tech entrepreneurs from startup to exit. A champion of inclusion, she served as Women Segment Lead on the Bank’s Diversity Council, co-launching a sponsorship program that earned top honors in a national HR award.
Beyond banking, Tuyen sits on the LPAC of Accelia Capital, investing in women-led innovation, and actively supports causes in education, poverty reduction, and immigrant integration. Recognized among Montreal’s Top 50 Women Leaders for three consecutive years, she holds a finance degree from HEC Montréal and studied at Sciences Po in Paris. Having lived on four continents, Tuyen speaks three languages—and can order coffee in five more.
