Managing Partner | Innovobot Resonance Ventures (IRV)

Neha Khera is Managing Partner at IRV, the early-stage deep tech fund of Innovobot. A seasoned venture capitalist with over a decade of experience, she has led and managed numerous early-stage investments and funds across North America.

Before IRV, Neha co-founded 500 Canada, where she led 16 investments—including unicorns ApplyBoard and Mejuri—achieving a personal track record of 20x. She also held Partner roles at 2048 Ventures and 500 Startups in the U.S.

A strong advocate for diversity in tech, Neha serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Engineering at the University of Waterloo and mentors female founders and engineering students. She holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from Waterloo and an MBA from Ivey.
