Jake is an Investor at Plaza Ventures, where he leads sourcing, diligence, and deal execution across the firm’s investments. He also sits on the boards of several portfolio companies and works closely with management teams to support strategic and operational initiatives. In addition to evaluating new opportunities, Jake helps drive portfolio monitoring, market research, and investment committee processes.

Prior to joining PV, Jake practiced corporate and securities law on Bay Street, advising clients on M&A and corporate finance transactions.
