Daniela is a strategic, dynamic and engaging Global connector, Intrapreneur, Entrepreneur, Angel Investor specialized in Scaling up Businesses.
With over 20 years of Corporate experience, most recently, Daniela has collaborated with Keiretsu Forum as Vice President of Entrepreneur Relations sourcing, syndicating and curating deals worldwide and assisting Entrepreneurs from the deal screening throughout the capital raising process while building the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and establish new partnerships and engaging with senior officials and executives with VC, government funds, family offices. In almost two years, she had the privilege to review, assess over 3,000 ventures, facilitating over $40M in funding and mentor hundreds of founders working actively with Keiretsu USA, London UK, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Dubai, Spain, Balkans.
Daniela had founded Strategic HR Asset, a private organization working with founders and CEO of Scale up Ventures as Business and HR Fractional Advisor, provide HR due diligence pre to post M&A and assist operationally medium size companies to expand geographically. In 2025 she also created MentorMeMondays, an online mentorship program serving Founders of hundreds of Start Ups in Tech, CPG, Life Science, HardTech and FemTech to assist them to scale up their operations and teams.
Past President of the M&A Canada Club, with over $2 Billions of nominated transactions and a meeting point for investors and professionals in the M&A space and Founding Member of www.techto.org largest Tech organization in Canada coast to coast.
