MEETING EXCHANGE A1: FACE TO FACE WITH INVESTORS (1:30pm - 2:00pm)

Carmichael/Jackson

Meeting Exchanges are CIX’s popular one-on-one, pre-booked meetings between founders and leading growth-stage investors from North America and globally, who are the hosts. These meetings are a valuable opportunity for advice, building a relationship as well as potential funding partnership. Founders may pre-book up to six investor meetings through CIXchange from October 3rd to 27.

Each meeting is 8 minutes, plus a 2 minute transition time. Investors’ investment preferences are noted in their profile. Please note, space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is important that founders who signed up for a Meeting Exchange session in advance show up at least 15 minutes prior to the session's start time to check-in with the room monitor and get processed. Arriving late will result in the spot being taken.
For those Founders who did not secure a Meeting Exchange spot in advance, or would like a chance to secure more spots, some space may become available onsite due to no-shows. We recommend delegates arrive at the session room 15-20 minutes before the session start time and take advantage of the Wait Line. This is the reality of the founder-investor relationship. It’s not an easy relationship by any means - especially during bear markets. BREAK & MEET THE PRESENTING COMPANIES (2:45pm - 3:00pm)

Toronto 1

Your opportunity to meet the presenting founders, grab a coffee, or catch up with delegates.

MEETING EXCHANGE C: FACE TO FACE WITH INVESTORS (2:45pm - 3:45pm)

The wait line will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and there will be no wait list.

Entrepreneurs please read the investment preferences of the hosts to ensure there is a fit.
