Daniel leads the technology practice within mid-market investment banking and has over 12 years of experience advising technology companies on M&A and capital raise transactions. Over his career, Daniel has successfully closed numerous transactions across a variety of sub-sectors including Enterprise Software, SMB SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare IT, Digital Media, and AdTech. 

Prior to joining CIBC, Daniel was a Partner, Investment Banking at Paradigm Capital where he co-led the technology practice and was responsible for providing senior client coverage of both public traded and privately held technology companies. Daniel is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Master of Financial Economics (MFE) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto.
