Rasha Katabi is the Founder & CEO of Brim Financial.

With over 20 years of experience in structured finance and capital markets, Rasha has worked at TD Bank, CIBC World Markets, and Merrill Lynch where she drove several innovative initiatives such as building the largest non-bank residential mortgage funding business and established Merrill Lynch as the leading bank in asset securitization in Canada. She led the Debt and Equity Structured Solutions Platform focused on financial services, consumer and automotive finance, residential mortgages, and REITs.

Rasha served as President and Chair of the Mortgage-Backed Securities Issuers Association (MBSIA) for 2 consecutive terms, and as Director of the Board at Russell Investments in Canada, and a part of the Russell Investments Audit Committee.
