Meryeme is an associate on BDC Capital’s Strategic Investments and Women in Technology Venture Fund team.

Before joining BDC, Meryeme was an investment manager at MEDTEQ Invest, a $14 million fund dedicated to supporting early stage companies in medical devices, diagnostics and digital health sectors. Prior to MEDTEQ, Meryeme co-founded a venture-backed healthcare start-up company building a contactless vital signs monitoring platform, where she oversaw product, operations and business development.

Meryeme is active in the startup community and is a mentor at the Founder Institute, Techstars AI and other local incubators and accelerators.

Meryeme holds an MBA from Laval University. She hails from Morocco where she was a high-level athlete competing at an international level.
