Nicole is a results-oriented, innovative and engaging leader with extensive experience managing complex initiatives across businesses and borders to create award-winning client experiences in fast- paced and evolving environments.
Nicole is driven by her desire to break new ground, from product development through to delivery. She has launched a number of innovative digital products into emerging categories, implemented and optimized digital sales and service experiences, and exceed NPS targets. Nicole has a successful track record of developing marketing campaigns and award-winning digital experiences for some of Canada's best known companies: Bank of Montreal, Invesco Canada, Fidelity Investments and TD Canada Trust, and also start-ups. Nicole has been an active advisor for BuyProperly for the past 18 months, and currently works at RBC Capital Markets QTS, developing the strategic IT transformation for the Trade Execution Services team. Nicole has an Economics & Film degree from Queen’s University and certificate in Advertising & Marketing. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and also supports the advancement of young women on boards through Fora: Network for Change.
