Navaid joined Dialogue in November 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

Navaid is a Chartered Professional Accountant. After graduating from McGill University, Navaid started his career with Deloitte. In 2000, Navaid joined Bell Canada and held progressively growing roles in finance, marketing and business transformation for 8 years.

In 2008, Navaid joined Rogers Communications. During his tenure at Rogers, Navaid held senior executive roles in finance, sports programming, and media operations.

In 2016, he joined Just for Laughs as its chief financial officer and was responsible for international expansion and business development. Navaid led the sale process under very difficult circumstances to a consortium led by ICM Partners, Bell Canada and the Montreal Canadiens group.
