Dan is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of League. He brings nearly two decades of market-disrupting technology experience to his role, where he oversees product development, business performance and overall operations. Before joining League, Dan was the Chief Technology Officer at Kobo, where he developed a broad eReading platform that helped change the way the world consumed literature. He also made it accessible to a wider audience by entering the market with the world’s first eReader priced under $200—forcing the industry to follow suit.
Dan first met and worked with League founder and CEO Mike Serbinis at DocSpace, where they pioneered cloud storage technology that was sold to Critical Path—a messaging service that ran one-third of the world’s email. Dan became Vice President at Critical Path where he oversaw the tech team that developed and hosted a messaging platform used by telcos and enterprises across the globe.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Concordia University.
