Dean Anderson is the Senior Vice President & Head of Digital Channels Operations, Governance & Controls for TD Bank Group.
In this role Dean is responsible for providing operational, vendor relations, risk, control/governance, regulatory and authentication/customer protection support, strategy and thought leadership across all digital properties (online and mobile) for TD North America. Dean joined the bank in 2012 responsible for Online Operations and Analytics. Prior to TD, Dean was part of the executive team for the ING DIRECT USA startup in 2000, leading the build of contact center technology and web development. He then held several executive positions in Customer Service, Marketing and Home Loans up to and after the Capital One acquisition. Dean's 21-year career in financial services has always been focused on the Customer in leading edge direct channels and has spanned time in Canada with Bank of Montreal and the ING DIRECT Canada startup.
A born and raised Canadian and naturalized American, Dean is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a B.S. in Chemistry and extensive executive leadership education at schools such as University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, University of Delaware Lerner College and University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business. He currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Philadelphia PA.
