As an executive with over 25 years’ experience in the strategic use and deployment of advanced technology and processes, Steve has advised Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing digital, customer centric strategies using agile methods. Steve is an advocate for the smart solutions and technologies that Slalom produces for its customers. He is keenly interested in helping Slalom’s customers understand the art of the possible and make them aware of the technology disrupters in their verticals. He also works closely with Slalom’s Alliance Partners and supports teams with ideas around new services and service evolution of existing practices.
Steve’s love of technology started with the very first DOS program he wrote (on his IBM XT). Computer science brought a blend of creativity and engineering that was life changing at a very young age. Over the last 25 years, Steve has had many roles that have rounded out his experience – For the better part of 17 years he has been focused on developing teams and channels to solve customers’ hardest problems – focusing on Data Sciences, Content Distribution and most recently in the Industrial Internet, with a intentional emphasis on the customer experience and adoption.
With clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Rogers Communications and Subaru Canada, Steve is often selected to speak at key industry events.
